However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to making the return or refund process clear and fair.


  Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item or order by mistake

  • The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect caused by us

Please note:
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including any boxes, seals, or complimentary items provided with the order.


  Return Request Window

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food products, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return or refund:

  Replacement Policy

If your order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, ChocoCrave may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability and verification.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
